During an Installation test case for Ubuntu Server, using the 2015-12-25
ISOs on the test case for an Ubuntu Server ISO, it was discovered that
after installation the /etc/apt/sources.list file has

= sources.list entry that is not commented out. This bug is being marked
as a duplicate of that bug.

As I have posted the problem in the forum first I had the following reply
I have exactly the same problem. Also in my case, upgrade to 15.10 did not
help. Searching the Internet for workarounds did not help either (except that
this thread and a Debian
Joachim Durchholz, to advise, the only issue that this report is scoped
to is the resume from standby. For each issue different from this (ex.
resuming from hibernate, issues that occur after restarting or coming
back from a shutdown, etc.), you would want to file separate reports,
one per issue.

Wow, I installed a 3.19 kernel today on 14.04, and suddenly found I
couldn't type my disk encryption password. Then I found it was non-
trivial to actually get into the non-hidden grub menu as holding shift
did not work apparently from my bios.
Why is this *still* an issue? Does no one at
Note: I ask about the qa for luks, as this is about the third time in
memory since 8.xx days luks has been suddenly broken with an update. No
one that tests the kernels seems to use disk encryption or understand it
to ensure this works consistently.
