That's not quite correct. The mount initially fails but then it appears
to try again. In any case it does appear end up mounted in Debian.

This is the intended behaviour: as you point out, on a phone form-
factor, focusing the address bar would pop up the OSK, which would
partially hide the new tab view. On a desktop, in windowed mode, the
address bar gets focused.

dependency problems) on the machine initiating (which is also the target) the
rsync didn't fix it.
However, installing it on the source machine as well seems to have fixed the
problem.

I don't think this duplicates #1032823. Had the same problem while
upgrading from 14.04 to 15.04 (which is apparently a direct upgrade path
now, rather than the update manager doing 14.04 to 14.10 first).

This is not a bug, but a feature which was hard to see for me:
The package update installs postgresql 9.5 in parallel to 9.4 such that one has
the chance to dump the database with 9.4 and to import the dump with 9.5 as a
.releases have incompatible data base formats. To be able to run them in
