Recently with 15.10 my Xubuntu started to behave strangely in a way that
just after every reboot and login, CPU hits 100% usage and keeps so for
some half a minute.
If I run top/htop, I always see many (aprx. 12) lines with
"/usr/bin/python3 /usr/share/apport-gtk" - see the a

launched from the messaging app.
In this case the camera app crashes when the user goes back to the gallery app
and leave a non functional camera app in the spread for a moment until it
