I am sure it was working in 12.10 but i don remember if it stopped
working when upgrading to 13.04 or to 13.10...By the way the machine was
also completely reinstalled since then...
I have tested the upstream kernel and issue is still there

Also, it's not necessary to pass --enable-libsmbclient to waf configure
- simply installing libsmbclient-dev before building is enough.
Thus, please add libsmbclient-dev to mpv's Build-Depends. Additionally,
