php-imagick is a useful and important package. Right now, if a project
wants to make use of it on a xenial server, one is forced to downgrade
to php5 (because there is php5-imagick but no php7.0-imagick). I would
love to upgrade to php7, but this missing package is holding me back.

Oh and for the slow creation part of this bug, I'm getting container
created within 30s on my ppc64el system when using the directory backend
which is a normal time.
When enabling btrfs (zfs should be the same), I get a container creation
time of ~1s.

Nothing LXC can do about it. An unprivileged container cannot have any
more right than the user which spawned it. Your user cannot open that
many files therefore root in the container can't either.

When cloning an unprivileged container with the "-s -B overlayfs" flags,
then starting this container and running a command like ``apt-get
update`` in the new container, a kernel error "Failed to whiteout" is
produced.
