The logic to determine of proot is on the system uses a hardcoded path
to /usr/bin. This does not play nice when trying to use libertine-
launch in a snap. Need alternative way to check if proot is in the
$PATH like which.

would be solved by a sync from Debian. But bug 1448924 and bug 1559468
at least have patches (they overlap each other actually). Bug 1535854
