Saw this over the weekend while driving. Had a connection but the browser would
not connect, no idea if I had previously lost the cell signal.
I then cycled flight mode, started browsing, lost signal, regained signal,
browser would not connect.
To recreate this I blocked the cell signal

It is hard to decide for me if this is the correct place for this "bug",
but as it took some ours of testing, I thought it's worth to put this

In tests/simple.ks there are some lines starting with "repo", which I tried to
use in my config.
