Short FYI
I have prepared a merge including the change for #1.
Testing upgrades with minimal as well as full dovecot installs work well now.
A system with fts_lucene plugin set up for dovecot will still complain, but
only about the plugin not being there which is correct as we removed it.

- boot to the live session
- launch konsole and do 'sudo apt purge ubiquity-slideshow-kubuntu'
- run installer as normal
Slideshow will not get invoked, so no need for PyQT5webkit, so no crash.

Please make system to respect "quiet nosplash" in /etc/default/grub for users

I installed plymouth-disabler package from repo (xenial) but it doesn't make

I guess I am affected. I want to disable plymouth because of nvidia displaying
plymouth ugly (well known issue). In /etc/default/grub I set:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet nosplash"
but after system start it shows me:

I tried to create a Ubuntu virtual machine in 2nd Generation by copying
the Vhdx from already booted machine in Hyper-v Generation 2,But it wont
booted in Generation 2, shimx64.efi file was not created in while try to
boot from the copied Vhdx.
