Just pulled down from the Mainline FTP Linux Kernel 4.4.17, my system
works and the problem is solved...manually. Is this still happening? Is
Ubuntu still packaged with 4.4.0? Why does a fresh install of an LTS
distro contain a bug like this? And what if somebody else (a beginner
user) runs into
Which GPU are you using ? If you are running a CI or VI part (Bonaire,
Hawaii, Tonga, Fiji etc..) then you can install the amdgpu hybrid stack
which is replacing fglrx, and get the same OpenCL driver. If you are
running an SI part (Cape Verde, Pitcairn or Tahiti) then we are still
working on that

14.04 system, but I just had to enter "live" at the prompt to boot into
the live desktop and install as normal.

Accepted vmware-nsx into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and
be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/vmware-
nsx/8.0.0-0ubuntu0.16.04.2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.
Please help us by testing this new package.

Evince looks fine under X.Org Server, but under Wayland the window
decorator looks weird. It gets the decorator from the Ambiance theme.

Thanks for uploading the fix for this bug report to -proposed. However,
when reviewing the package in -proposed and the details of this bug
report I noticed that the bug description is missing information
required for the SRU process. You can find full details at
mongo 2.4 is working with juju 1.25 and there very few fixes in 2.6 that
is worth the effort of updating. If a field issue hit that would
addressed by updating to 2.6 I would be happy to revisit this
discussion.

Hello, I proposed a merge in indicator-sound (lp:~d.filoni/indicator-
sound/pulse_fix_set_volume_role) that could fix this however I'm not
sure the issue is the same.
