function independently of the agent and does not start it. The
walinuxagent service can then start after cloud-init is finished, and
function as a guest agent to handle things like VM extensions, etc.

I have setup timed login for one user. I can see the thin white progress
bar under the user's name on the login screen. When the timer finishes,
the display stays on tty1. If I press CTRL+ALT+F2 it switches to tty2

While the helper script can/should be fixed, I'm actually unable to
reproduce this on 16.04:
# vi /etc/php/7.0/fpm/php-fpm.conf

# service php7.0-fpm restart
Job for php7.0-fpm.service failed because the control process exited with error
code.
I backed out the single change below, and this functions again as it
was. I've also tried using '--job-mode=ignore-dependencies', but i
still get the:
Failed to start walinuxagent.service: Transaction order is cyclic. See system
logs for details.

If setup.py lists a dependency on python-daemon with a version number,
checks for that version will fail because the python-daemon PKG-INFO
file reports "UNKNOWN" as the version. This can be seen in the file
