Public bug reported:
This package is missing the usr.sbin.mysqld AppArmor profile that ships
in mariadb-server-10.0 and mysql-server-5.7. As a result,
/usr/sbin/mysqld is unable to create files in /var/lib/percona-xtradb-
cluster/, and the service is unable to start.

It's not a problem per-se, but the tool should behave like other tools.
That makes basic tests and automated test (for example in CI environments) much
more straight-forward ...

A rationale for why they should be removed:
- it is not being maintained any longer [1]
- it is the single reverse dependency of mozart that can't be build on

It seems that the cpuset cgroup is causing this. Using the script below
I get this output:
In cgroup:
Cpus_allowed: f
Cpus_allowed_list: 0-3
Outside cgroup:
Cpus_allowed: e
Cpus_allowed_list: 1-3
The script:
#!/bin/bash
set -e
export CGDIR=/sys/fs/cgroup/cpuset/cpusets-$$
Actually the most recent UITK release seems to have fixed this already.

@Lorn: Have you been able to enable the debug messages in ACodec.cpp by
uncommenting N_DEBUG (or something close to that) at the top of the .cpp
file? I'd also recommend adding some of your own ALOGD messages and such
around the area to start debugging why this crash is happening.
