nor the command says that adv is deprecated, and I couldn't find
anything related in the first Google search

Using "Delete" or "Empty Rubbish Bin" with the "remove and trash" option
in Shotwell 0.22.0 rubbish bin, files do not appear in system rubbish
bin as expected in Ubuntu 16.10. However, the aforementioned files do
appear in the system rubbish bin when viewed in Ubuntu 14.04 so

Ok, so krunner also works, if killed and restarted (did not know that
this was something separate). The bug however remains on reboot. Which
probably means that plasma and krunner get started to early or something
like that.
