When trying to run the "apport-collect 1640245" command from a terminal

So I think that the answer is, yeah, we do that syncronously.
We do a dbus call to cgmanager to get the list of pids and try to write their
proc value.
If we fail, then we need a setuid helper for things like oxide.
So it could be that spawning that helper is part of what is causing a delay

In Ubuntu Core, in all supported devices ethernet devices have higher
metric than wlan or wwan devices, so packets get routed to the latter
always. The metric is 1024, while for instance network-manager assigns

wlan -> 600

Adding some notes and ideas based on looking more at the squashfs
implementation.
One idea I had was to reduce the data cache (or maybe even eliminate it)
by making squashfs decompress directly into the page cache. It turns out
that squashfs already does this if CONFIG_SQUASHFS_FILE_DIRECT=y,
i can't take attach a screenshot because if i press the print screen key
it crashes/locks the shell. the shell is inactive, with the mouse
locked, i can't move the mouse.
so this is a clean install, i changed nothing, i don't have proposed
active etc. just a clean daily build install

Hi,
just a heads up - there's still a huge mixup between:
- this package (scantool), from www.scantool.net
- an entirely different package "freediag", from freediag.sourceforge.net
This page ( https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/scantool ) actually
uses a very old summary
201 - 300 of 535 matches
