ttf-mscorefonts-installer always complains about cannot do
I had several installations on the same computer now (for other reasons) and
ALWAYS the correct resolution was found (without changing anything with the
cables). To my view it cannot be the cable.
Why is the resolution then never changed back to UHD even after restart/power
on/off ?

After login into Ubuntu screen starts to shake permanently.
The login screen is still fine, problem start after log in.
The problem is caused by last kernel update: running Ubuntu with the older
kernel 4.8.0-30-generic fixes the issue.
