Figured I should probably post more detailed debugging information
I am having this issue with a Bose Quiet Comfort 35 on Xenial in a
Precision 5510
I enabled debugging on bluetooth and pulseaudio, restart my PC,
connected the headset and attempted switching to HSP without any success

4.10-rc5 still suffered from this problem but today I did "git pull" on
development kernel and built it and it seems that the problem is now
gone. If it is so, then this should be fixed in 4.10-rc6 when it comes
out.

There's a guy on bugzilla that have found out the is he check the
option: "All useres may connect to this network", nm-applet doesn't
crash upon returning from suspend. I'm testing it now, it look's like it
working.

Well, if I comment out "use-session-dbus" in Xsession.options, the
problem goes away, so I can't see how that doesn't get run...
Is MIR_SOCKET even set at that time?

Case fixed, there was unprintable symbol in file where my login and password
was stored.
So latest OpenVPN works fine at Ubuntu xenial!

This bug is a serious issue for me. I am on Xenial and use my headset on
a daily basis for audio meetings and most often selecting the HSP mode
in the audio settings will not do anything and sometimes it randomly
decides to work.
I really hope this can be fixed soon on Xenial and that we are not

v4.9-rc1 and fixed up by 71757904efadefdf5505712f675218ce59483c5d in v4.9-rc2.
The former was backported into Yakkety to resolve bug #1591804.
Will submit the latter for SRU into Yakkety.

This is fixed in xenial-updates. apt purge snapd will remove all traces
of snapd including all installed snaps and auto-generated files. If you
see anything leftover please reopen and with the specific files we
missed.
