Title:
Hello maksym, or anyone else affected,
Accepted backuppc into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and
be available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/backuppc/3.3.1-2ubuntu3.2 in a few
hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
Please help us by testing this new package. See
cherrypicking for xenial SRU. As mentioned, zesty fixed already. I don't
plan on fixing yakkety at this stage of its lifecycle and this is a
really minor issue.
tc(8) manapage now reads:

In my case, the problem was a file ~/.dmrc which was as follows:
[Desktop]
Language=en_US
Langlist=en_US:en
LCMess=en_US.UTF-8
Layout=us
Session=xfce
Deleting that .dmrc file fixed the issue.
Neither the user of this user account, nor the admin user, has ever
explicitly set a locale to en_US.
Hi, this bug has been fixed in 4.4.0-67, now in -proposed.
Please, verify the fix and mark the bug verified.
Thanks.
Cascardo.
