I performed and aptitude full-upgrade earlier this week. This installed
a new kernel 4.4.0-71 amongst other package updates. After a reboot
NetworkManager applet was stating 'Device not ready' for the wifi
device. I went back

Previously, I was using kernel 3.19 and I don't remember having the issue.
I don't really want to test an unstable kernel on production infrastructure. I
was hoping for some concrete tips to troubleshoot scsi layer problems.
Anyways, if I deployed it now, I could confirm that it does NOT happen

Get ttyname() to work properly in containers
So, Stéphane brought to my attention that we're not including the patch
because it switches screen to use sockets instead of fifos and thus
makes it impossible to switch to existing fifo-based screen sessions.
I've written a patch that adds a compatibility layer to support both
fifo-based and

I have placed amd64 test kernels at

It fixes the complain issue, which should let you proceed without
removing the profile and I am working on a regression test to add to the
test suite.

Public bug reported:
I have updated my system with the latest (not official yet) 17.04
release.
Now, when I run the get_maintainer.pl or checkpatch.pl scripts in my Linux git
repository, I get the folowing error:
Cwd.c: loadable library and perl binaries are mismatched (got handshake key
Public bug reported:
This started from https://github.com/jlund/streisand/issues/557. Basically wg*
namespace is not in interface-order and acts last in * scope, and this makes
resolv.conf to stay in the same state.
I suggest the following change:

Well, alright, I tested kernel 4.4.0-72. Didn't really work for me. It's
actually not really helping, because with it Unity is broken, not all icons are
loading (workspace switcher is gone), no mouse at all. Something utterly wrong
with USB support. At least the system doesn't freeze, so I
