Sorry. No good news. With byobu version 5.118 the problem still exists. Just did 3 Updates. Now I have: Paketaktualisierung (Upgrade) wird berechnet... Fertig 0 aktualisiert, 0 neu installiert, 0 zu entfernen und 0 nicht aktualisiert. but in byobu still there is the red backgrounded "3!" :-(
