This package use wget to download something, but when proxy is active
the package don't download the file. This stop installation waiting for
download. I tried to set variables http_proxy in .wgetrc and before to

Right, sorry, the actual question got a bit lost.
gqrx-sdr build-depends on libqt5svg5-dev [1], and it looks like this
turns into a dependency on libqt5svg5 for the binary package [2] in
Debian. However, the same doesn't seem to occur in Ubuntu, and I wonder
