ok, could you please just change the name of the file ?
I will do a tests next week to figure if mlx4_core request the modules mlx_en
when the link type is ETh, then we don't need this file at all.

I was able to reproduce the situation (explained in comment #111) ONLY
using virtualbox.
To recap :
- Desktop image using KVM: Success # Same result for iiro and I
- Xenial image using LXC: Success
