I was trying to reproduce but it seems (to me) down to none of us knowing how
to correctly resolve libraries.
So before here people reported:
- static builds work
- dynamic builds fail for some with ld.so failing and crashing for others

If you have an older QEMU than 2.10 you cannot choose -cpu z14 so it should not
matter.
The last update was not precise. While qemu 2.10 is sufficient, so is 2.5.

Hello,
this case is not filed via bugproxy, could you please open an internal
ibm LTC bugzilla and request hws to proxy it over. Because the
established due process was not used, this bug was not looked into and
has not been trianged/investigated/assigned to canonical openstack team.
