core/examples/vtysh.conf.sample and /usr/share/doc/quagga-
core/examples/zebra.conf.sample into /etc/quagga, removed the .sample
extension and started the zebra service:

Since those would break the build on DPDK 17.05 which we have in binic right
now I won't upload anything, but later as part of the DPDK transition.

We had discussions on a 17.05 compatible change, but while nicer and
upload right now that would be a Delta from upstream OVS so not going
that direction.

Interestingly when running sudo ls, using the machine keytab, is works.
So looks for me the problem is somewhere in the user kerberos ticket.

After suffering a login-loop bug (which I fixed with "mv .Xauthority
.Xauthority.bak") my screen settings disappeared.
When I attempted to reset them I could no-longer access my Display
Settings.
Instead of my normal display settings I got: Could not get screen
information
