installed on ssd. The usb ubuntu installer doesn't find the ssd, and
tries to install on the regular disk, but fails because it can't find
grub.

Panasonic Toughbook CF-30K (Mk3) touchpad is not detected as a touchpad,
but rather only a PS/2 mouse. Pointing and clicking works, but scrolling
doesn't (and there is no touchpad options in the relevant control panel,
only pointer speed).

I can add as well that I tried the Insyde BIOS recovery method, and the
BIOS is not able to make it, the computer come in an endless loop :
start, read BIOS.fd file, shutdown, start, read, shutdown...

I don't know if it's necessary to say, but I confirm the issue as well on my
Acer Aspire E3-111... Since I installed Ubuntu 17.10, I can't anymore change
any BIOS setting, excepted hour and date, all other settings can't be saved
through reboots.

I am using pdf viewers mainly to read documentation. For such use, a
bookmarks panel makes all the difference. I had no trouble compiling
mupdf from source. It included mupdf-gl, which now is my favorite pdf
reader.

It seems that a lot of the errors I'm getting are related to Mysql.
What file do I need to edit in the boot process to remove that problem
and then we can see how stable the rest of the system is.
