The FF desktop icon is enormous. The huge icon also appears in the combo box of

Hi,
as off Firefox 59, if a launcher is put on desktop, its icon size is too
large.
The culprit may be a missing icons folder ?
Testing on a liveUSB of Ubuntu 16.04.1 here I get :

debootstrap system. It additionally installed eatmydata package. However
in Ubuntu Bionic 18.04 (today's daily build) it doesn't install
eatmydata anymore. it looks like it ignores the --extrapackages option.
