Same error as on that ticket - ubiquity crashed similarly whether
connected to wifi during install or not. Was able to collect apport data
this time, as I was connected to wifi during install.

Unfortunately, I've downgraded from 18.04 back to 16.04.4 due to this
issue.
Everything else (I use) works in 18.04, but without shutter's edit-
feature I cannot communicate as quickly and articulately as I need to
for work. Plus, I was unable to find a work-around. So if anyone finds
some hack
