I don't have the solution for your issue unfortunately. But I can eliminate a
few elements:
Gnucash has switched to gsettings/dconf starting with 2.6.0. That means
gconftool and gconftool2 changes are ignored by gnucash. As you discovered
making the change in dconf is seen by gnucash 2.6.x.

I'm not a regularly user of uvt - but it looks like the guest is booting
up and you're able to talk to it over the network, but
Jeremy, I see, looks, like a PPA for Shutter and its dependencies is a
better solution. It has been dropped to AUR (the equivalent of a
centralized PPA) in Arch over a year ago. If somebody feels like
stepping up for this task, let me know! Can't do this myself since I
have no experience with .deb

intervention if the user ran into it when installing one of our betas.
I've helped xnox get back online on IRC by restoring a DB backup and
then re-importing some missing containers. This allowed getting back

on Reddit). After update I can boot but I get 'welcome to ubuntu' screen
and everything freezes. I can press enter to get through the welcome
wizard but after that nothing works except the mouse pointer. Boring

Having enabled CONFIG_BPF_JIT_ALWAYS_ON broke the selftest module
(test_bpf) and requires some additional upstream patches which have not
been landed in upstream stable:

Note that in the fstab attached I commented out the swap entry to allow

Actual Result
The system hangs on boot when it activates the encrypted swap. There are the
following entries in the journal:
