Wow, I just upgraded to 18.04 and after the restart bluetooth was gone.
I tried to restart a couple of times, no deal, then I turned off and on
again, and it worked!

This same problem occurred with the 16.04LTS installer.
Also earlier on, the Sources.list was identified as being unreadable
with a malformed line being identified. Adding a space character at the
appropriate place fixed this issue for the next installer run.

I tested pmdk 1.4 ppa1 with pmdk in-tree tests and with some small changes all
tests pass.
I'm in the process of upstreaming those changes (PR #2873 #2875 #2885 #2886)
and once they are all on master I'll backport them to stable-1.4 branch.
(next week I'm on vacation)
