I have solved the issue manually. No help from update and upgrade. This
is how solved it:-
1. Download the official oracle ext package from here

mains power. On battery power however, it fails from time to time.

fscache cookie refcount updated incorrectly during fscache
This needs to be done as a higher priority and the kea-admin package
also needs serious attention.
The kea-admin package should include the 'kea-admin' script in
/usr/sbin/kea-admin.
Unfortunately it appears to be missing in all current builds of the package.
