What is left of this issue to be sorted, is there a way to track
upstream progress on this ? From my testing many apps (non-gnome) get
blurry when fractional scaling is enabled. So is that something those
app developers will have to fix in their apps ?

Public bug reported:
On Cosmic development version here and after a few upgrades (didn't
remember when) my wifi would disconnect and turn into a hotspot. To fix
it I would disconnect the hotspot and then connect to my wifi, but it'll
do that after a while again.
