Automatic ipv4 not assigned to bond interface is manual
autopkgtest failure of lxc for cosmic: this test is flaky, and fails
intermittently; usually a re-run of the test will pass. i am running a
re-run of the test now, but as it's flaky i think we should be able to
ignore the failure.
