My Samsung CLP-680ND printer is set up on a wired network. It works
correctly from a Windows 10 laptop, printing duplex (double sided)
pages. On Ubuntu 18.04 and 18.10 it does not print duplex although the
option can be selected on the print dialogue. Otherwise printing is
livecd-rootfs still doesn't work on powerpc, because now that we are not
depending on ubuntu-image, python3-yaml is not pulled in as an indirect
dependency, leading to runtime failures.
Will reupload a further fix.

I determined that the problem was actually caused by updating the
firmware on my Dell Latitude 7490 from version 1.7.2 to 1.9.3. So I
believe this bug report can be closed.

Tested on physical hardware with 19.04. The issue is still present but
the viaul manifestaton is slightly different. Rather than black flickers
it's more of a shading effect that flickers on and off with mouse
movement. It can also be caused by enabling the option to extent the
magnified contents
