In the past I could limit the size of L1ARC by specifying "options zfs
zfs_arc_max=3221225472" in /etc/modprobe.d/zfs.conf. I tried even to
fill /sys/module/zfs/parameters/zfs_arc_max directly after login, but
none of those methods limits the size of L1ARC. It worked nicely
I could not find deb packages to run debdiff on.
For Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS, last available version is 4.6.6, clearly
affected by the bug.

The ssl apache module is enabled
There's nothing about nss in mods-enabled/ (but kernel message mentions
libnss_files-2.23.so
When the ssl apache module is disabled, apachectl configtest works.

I ran the test.sh script on the 5.3.0-23.25 kernel (the kernel in
-updates) and the 5.3.0-24.26 kernel (the one in -proposed). The -23
kernel gave me a "/tmp/mnt: permission denied" error whereas the -24
kernel did not give this error.
