This package is a nice thing to introduce customized input actions.
However the integration is hardly documented. There is no startup file
or anything, so for an enduser viewpoint it is extremely hard to work
with.
For using it there are two approaches thinkable:

CGI interface does not work after installation

Hi Daniel, thanks a lot for your prompt response.
I removed 'oibaf' and then I removed the 'nomodeset' line and updated
grub as you recommended but when I restarted after the bootloader I get
a screen full of blurry lines. After a few minutes the system restarts
and again a screen of blurry lines
I have just installed 19.10 and I have the same problem
