I use linux-5.3.0-28.
then I update NVIDIA driver to use software-updater
that is recommened nvidia-340(340.107), may work fine.

there is nothing written after.
Then, the message continues, "This may be due to using an old installer
image or it may be due to a bug in some of the packages. The installer
will try to continue anyway..."

I'm also seeing this. A workaround is to set
snd_hda_intel.dmic_detect=0. You can do this by creating a file named
/etc/modprobe.d/snd-hda-intel.conf with the following contents, then
reboot:
options snd-hda-intel dmic_detect=0
