Public bug reported: Currently (daily build of 20.04 as of 13 feb 2020) the termtris binary is installed in /usr/games/bin, which is not in the PATH. The correct directory would be /usr/games. Termtris release 1.4 includes a makefile variable called BINDIR which can be used to solve this issue

Hello, You're right, the problem is linked with the memory and swapoff was a workaround that worked only if the need of memory was not too high. I installed a kernel 5.4, and the problem also disapeared. I will stay with this, even if the laptop is not in stand by mode when I close the lid.
