Daniel, please see also bug #1897185. Quite similar. And when I searched
for information on the suspend on login password problem, I also found
#1481442, 1589593, and 1626689 which *may* be related. I see this on
Thinkpad T570 in a mechanical dock with external HDMI display and
external USB
You can also try to use s3 (deep) instead of s2idle: echo deep | sudo
tee /sys/power/mem_sleep
to change back, simply reboot or "echo s2idle | sudo tee
/sys/power/mem_sleep"

In fact this isn't really a regression: when using a cursor theme that
is included in the gtk-common-themes snap (such as Yaru), cursor scaling
works as expected. The scaling issue can be observed with
Public bug reported:
Hello,
the available space on /boot must be checked before a new kernel is

Background: update procedure is very stable on Ubuntu, except Kernel upgrades.

That's the intended behaviour, snapd's sandbox doesn't allow strictly
confined snaps (such as chromium) to access files owned by someone else.
Out of curiosity, what's the use case for files owned by a different
owner in your home directory?
