I think in order to reproduce this bug - it has to be tested on bare
metal machine with WiFi connection - I have never received this using
ethernet and/or virtual machines (bothe QEMU and VirtualBox).

phone, the wifi module crashs. It works very well on other access
points. I observed this bug for a long time. And it survived to my
upgrade from Ubuntu 16.04 LTS to 20.04 LTS.

Checking the cmdline, the root filesystem is not set:
/boot/vmlinuz-4.4.0-21-generic root= ro quiet splash $vt_handoff
If I change it to "root=PARTUUID=fb561bdb-b68a-44ae-a884-a5fd70f80cf7"
it's booting.

special handling of s390x instruction set and cross-compilation of Z14 on Z13.
Also, there are some incompatibilities between the new debhelper-compat 13 and
