The issue has always existed. But with such a sharp edge between smooth
and stuttering any slightest change in the GUI can push it over the
edge. Also a little annoyingly, as we optimize more code it can
sometimes make the problem *worse* as the GPU becomes less loaded and
less likely to up-clock

I'm a bit confused, I wouldn't expect vroc installs to work at all with
18.04.5. Is this after updating to the edge channel or something?

An update is that this seems to be due the fact that only root has
permissions to /etc/apt/auth.conf.d/90ubuntu-advantage which is
evidently the critical file required to authenticate with the Ubuntu ESM
servers. Running "sudo apt-get source" instead does work.
So perhaps this is how the

On Xubuntu 18.04.5 LTS, only xfwm 4.12.5 is available, without updates.
This causes Telegram window unable to move or resize on first start. See

They claim they already corrected the bug.
