Booting a cloned USB drive works [not only in BIOS mode but also] in

that d-i base installation media ever create d-i initrd with microcode
included. Thus even if package is included on the ISO it will not be

edge`.
The 5.11 kernel is scheduled to become the default linux-azure kernel
