@enrOn Thanks for the response. Just to inform, if you manually launch
the Ubuntu Software Updater GUI and select "Upgrade..." to 22.04 LTS, it
still does NOT upgrade 21.10 to 22.04 LTS.
The one time that work is when the system pop-up and offer the option to
upgrade 21.10 to 22.04 LTS.
