When doing Java development work running on Eclipse IDE 2023-12 latest
stable release version, I was able to consistently reproduce this error:

debconf entry becoming invalid due to hardware configuration changes,

I am struggling to tell the builder to run the dh_auto_test as root.
I tried "export DEB_GAIN_ROOT_CMD='sudo -nE --'" in d/rules. And I tried
to make sense of the documentation regarding Rules-Requires-Root but

corruption may have happened on the system which the crash occurred or during
transit.

I can try that, however, every time it has locked up in the past, it is
100% unresponsive. I have run extensive hardware diagnostics and nothing
is wrong. I ran Windows just to test things and no lockups. So it's for
sure something not 100% compatible with Linux.

#2 i had a look through the bug tracker, but some of the bugs are rather
difficult to triage given that they reference years old Ubuntu releases
#5 some probably could, but I don't have the understanding needed of the
BPF ecosystem to pull this off

The updated patch is attached.
I've just checked: all the *_bytes flags were introduced to dd in the
same commit
https://github.com/coreutils/coreutils/commit/140eca15c4a3d3213629a048cc307fde0d094738,
so it is safe to throw in count_bytes in the mix.
The attachment "mysuperpatch.debdiff" seems to be a debdiff. The
ubuntu-sponsors team has been subscribed to the bug report so that they
can review and hopefully sponsor the debdiff. If the attachment isn't a
patch, please remove the "patch" flag from the attachment, remove the

I have booting related issue everytime I install NVIDIA-driver on Ubuntu
22.04 So the main problem is everytime I boot, Ubuntu would either
(1) boot fine (25% of the time)
(2) boot takes long time(about 2 min) (50% of the time)
(3) boot fails (25% of the time)
