I'll dive deeper into this. The timing collides with the t64 transition
so that makes me curious. Moreover, Debian reverted to 5.4.5 so the

The French manpages for `head` and `tail` do not mention option `-z`
(aka `--zero-terminated`), whereas the English manpages mention it. Note

1. rename the dir of /usr/share/netplan to /usr/share/netplan.old
2. reinstall netplan
3. pip uninstall netplan (guess this is the culprit)

I had a try and I was able to install it today on Noble by pulling the
deb packages for linux-image-unsigned-6.8.0-20-generic, linux-
modules-6.8.0-20-generic, linux-modules-extra-6.8.0-20-generic from
Launchpad manually.

I am using Ubuntu 18.04, and got the same error when runing "sudo apt
dist-upgrade".
A friend met the same error for months, also Ubuntu 18.04.
Three times, with the same error
