Hello, I just observed this bug last night with Btop++. I noticed 1-2 Cores at

I have a problem with some snaps not being auto-updated (Firefox).

(Ubuntu Noble).
This arbitrary and needless conflict prevents installation of pipewire
even though all dependencies of the meta package are compatible with
pipewire.

Got the auto comment about lack of package. Looked at Finding the Right
Package. It happens during the installation of Ubuntu 24.04 LTS so it
looks like the right package is ubiquity.
