on 11.10 i have same issue, only my google chat messages are permanently
lost:
My laptop is connected on both wired and wireless connections:
1. Disconnect wired connection, wireless connection is working, empathy does
not reconnect and all my send messages are lost, not received even after manua

I have HP Pavilion DV4 laptop with Nvidia 9200 video card and Intel HDA
sound. There is HDMI port, but audio over HDMI does not work out of the
box. It only works after i apply attached patch to the linux-image
source package. Please include support for Nvidia "ID 3" controll
