Here is my analysis, the hardware disapears from kernel log and lspci
output, it has two possiable causes:
1, BIOS issue
2, kernel driver issue
I asked you to test 3.13.0-031300 kernel, which has no O2Micro
initialization codes, the result turns out the hardware won't disappear.

feature.

Sorry, I will not reopen, your issue is not the same as this, this only
happens on xHCI port with USB3 device, your issue is USB2 device on
xHCI. Please stick on that bug.

This issue only happens on some very certain system such as @newuser 's
Set to 'verification-done-trusty' since I did some regression test on
system with rtl8188ee and @newuser 's machine works well with my kernel
on #19 which does the same thing on rtl8188ee as -proposed kernel.

some certain systems.
