can't install anymore because the progress is at 0% instead of showing
buttons, i'd say that's scope fault, though, investigating

* Have a phone where Dekko is not installed (i guess any other would work, but
i'm using Dekko)
* reboot the phone
* Go to the apps scope
* Press on the Ubuntu store icon at the bottom
* Press on the Dekko icon
