I don't think so, paper size is set to A4 and the print seems to fit the
A4 paper sheet after I have changed print.print_edge_top in
about:config. I can't tell if the resulting printed area is standard for
A4 paper or if it's a bit tall.

Wrong defaults for firefox print margins
Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
Printing from firefox (on a4 paper) the header, and sometimes the first
few lines of text are missing (on paper only, not in print preview). I
had to set print.print_edge_top to 10 to print pages completely.
