In Ubuntu 14.04 I can't change resolution or refresh rate using nvidia-settings
(have no problems while doing this from Displays).
When I click Apply nvidia-settings crash so I opened it in terminal and got

around 6-7 seconds before search results start to appear in Dash. I get
every result really fast except applications. Application scopes are
really slow. This happend in all earlier releases.
