Right Click - Copy item is
yes with Nautilus.
You are right I should have confirmed it a bit more. Closing Nautilus
windows and reopening and issue was gone.
Although right clicking and clicking including left draging then right
clicking quickly after caused me to recreate the problem although this
time with the Zoom Out
Sorry, yes rather confusing.
Basically in an effort to try and make the issue occur again I was:
- Create folder.. right click.. scroll up and down
- Left click drag folder and immediately right click afterwards (in blank
space or on another folder).
- Left then immediately right click in blank

Changing left/right balance in sound-preferences changes the output volume
slider
affecting me. may be related to Bug #284612
music plays as normal and moves on once finished etc but you cannot use
the progress bar at all (some may call it a seek bar maybe).
restarted rhythmbox a number of times. no luck. restarted pulseaudio as
indicated in the related bug. no luck.
ok upon further investigation.
i tried the same on a fresh new user and the problem didnt occur for the
test user. so obviously something user profile/settings related
back under my normal user, I noted that in the list each song listed its
time as unknown also. obviously rhythmbox needs this

I just thought I would add something in regards to the windows world

I think its slightly incorrect to think of the Send To -- Compressed
(zipped) folder dialog as universally used under windows. Ever since
zip files were handled by XP released

are the words zip zipped unzip etc patented but Winzip in some
way?
so to use these words as a generic term for all compression, as apposed
to just referring to a zip file (compressed in zip format etc), may mean

the patches on the 30th fixed my problems. monitor detected fine as AOC
17
startup detection of monitor perhaps? the card was working fine
including compiz running fine and no other performance problems while at
800x600 so it was just simple the monitor resolution detection

the monitor is detected as Unknown.. it is a bit of a no brand being a
AOC 17 LCD lm726 (http://www.compucon.com.au/lcd/AOC726.htm).. I cannot
remember now what it was detected as before but I will note this when
hopefully it returns

im surprised this hasnt been a more reported problem. is it possible the

Windows. When mounting the NTFS volumes a new mount location is created
