I verified the 2.6.1-4ubuntu2.2 dkms in VM by multipass snap with
changed dkms [1], it works as expected.
system has linux-image-5.0.0-20-generic and linux-image-5.0.0-21-generic be
installed.
With OBSOLETE_BY="5.0.0-21" , then the DKMS will only be installed for kernel

I also followed the way to test google
the sosreport of the environment of #21 and #22.
On that environment, the wifi works well on that machine after over weekend
ping out + youtube playing.

the same older kernel 4.18.0-15-generic as this ticket description.
But, still not find ath10k error message after playing youtube for 2 hours.

Hi srinivas-pandruvada,
It's a workaround to update man to avoid confusing, but not really help the
case which user would like to correct the behavior without change in BIOS.
So, I propose to rename original /etc/thermald/thermal-conf.xml to
/etc/thermald/thermal-conf.xml.template then change
